For over two decades, Brian and Angela Monehan have ministered the Gospel.  Now along with their daughter, Meghan, they debut their seventh recording “Set Free.”  Their current recording contains 9 new original songs and a cover of the classic “Only the Sound of His Trumpet.” Songs taking them to their roots; story songs from people and personal experiences along the way with lyrics of true substance that penetrate the soul of the listener.

    Prior to their ministry together, Angela traveled with her family The Perry Sisters. She was nominated for favorite Alto in the Singing News Fan Awards in 1991. Brian traveled with The Kevin Spencer Family and during that time won the Horizon Group of the year in 1993 at the Singing News Fan Awards as well as Sunrise Group at the Gospel Voice Diamond Awards. Between them they have appeared on TBN, INSP, and Daystar television networks. Brian has appeared on several of Bill Gaither Homecoming Series and Praise Gathering videos. The concept video for their song Miracle Everyday has played on the syndicated television show Nashville Country Revival. Their songs have been recorded/performed by artists such as Kevin Spencer, The Perry Sisters, Hopes Journey, Tammy Jones Robinette, Willis Canada, as well as many other artists and used by NASCAR Motor Racing Outreach. Together they have traveled over 2 million miles ministering from the Caribbean Mission Crusades to Europe with Ministry to the Military.

 

      Brian and Angela currently reside in historic Natchez, Mississippi with their daughter Meghan. Meghan loves to sing. At 7 years old, she recorded her solo recording entitled “Treasures.” As a family, they serve God and their community. Brian serves as lead pastor at the historic Natchez Church of God, where Angela leads worship. Brian has three earned regionally accredited degrees including a doctorate. He has authored two books and serves as a pastor/educator. Their ministry is focused on glorifying Jesus Christ, encouraging the believer, and reaching the lost!
